FREE Personalized Financial Counseling
This program provides FREE 1:1 in-person financial counseling with a JPMorganChase professional at 5,000 Chase branches nationwide. This is an opportunity to discuss your family’s specific financial needs and pursue additional financial health education opportunities.
Your initial meeting (a “Discover Needs Conversation”) will be an opportunity for the Chase representative to get to know you and your family by discovering your family’s financial needs. This could include savings goals, budgeting, credit, financial goal-setting, or preparing for your financial future.
How to sign up for in-person 1-on-1 sessions:
1 – Select “Sign Up”
2 – Select “Everyday Banking”
3 – Select “Learn more about Chase products and services”
4 – Select “Meet at branch”
5 – Choose your preferred location, date, and time
6 – In the “tell us what you’d like to discuss” box include: “Discover Needs Conversation”
7 – At your initial meeting, please bring your primary ID (ex. Driver’s license, State ID or Passport) AND tell your Chase representative you are there for a “Discover Needs Conversation” and anything you would specifically like to discuss.
The success of our programs is only possible with the generous support of donors like you.
There is no greater way of demonstrating respect and appreciation for your community than by supporting our first responders on the front lines.
