Problems uploading files? Have a look at the following steps to get back on track
Make sure your file type is either one of the following: jpg , jpeg, png, gif, and if you are uploading a document make sure the file type is: pdf, doc, docx.
Make sure your document size is not over 128MB. This is our size limit, if your document size is over this limit an error may occur and the system won’t allow you to upload your file.
Corrupted files are computer files that suddenly become inoperable or unusable. A corrupted file may occur due to a defect or bug in the software used to create and manipulate the file in question. A file with missing data can also become a corrupted file.
If your file has a very long name, you may run into some issues uploading it. Try shorten the file name by renaming your file. Save it and try to upload it again.
Clear Your Cache
Clearing your browser cache often fixes for annoying upload error. You need to clear the cache, close the browser, and try again.
Try a Different Browser
When clearing the cache, sometimes may take few minutes for the system to update. If the problem persists, try switching to another browser (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla…).
Mobile System Update
Whether you are using iPhone or Android devices, make sure your device is up to date. Sometimes this can cause errors when uploading images/documents to your applications.
This happens very often when the internet signal is sometimes weak. Weak internet connection may stop the process of uploading your files/documents to your application. Make sure you get a good signal before uploading and try again.
